These Refreshing Berry Yogurt popsicles are the perfect way to cool off on a hot summer day and the best thing is it’s made with a few simple ingredients AND it takes even fewer steps. I know, it sounds too good to be true! Don’t worry I will let you know my super secret recipe because I want you to have this summer treat, too. So, let’s get started with the recipe, shall we?

Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 – 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2-3 tbsp sugar, to taste
Directions:
I don’t want to discourage any of you, but I feel the need to warn you guys, this recipe is extremely complex and will force you to utilize every culinary skill you have honed over the years. You still there? Good, okay ready? Ready?! Okay, now take all the ingredients with 1/2 cup milk (excluding the sugar) and carefully, put it in an Oster Blender. Got it? Okay, good. Now with the utmost care I need you to turn on the blender. WAIT!! I was just testing you to see if you were up to the task. You almost fell for it. FIRST, put the blender’s lid on and THEN turn it on. Yes, that’s right, that’s the trickiest part. Phew, I’m glad the worst of it is over. You are officially a culinary genius!
On high, let the mixture blend for a few minutes in an Oster Blender until it is smooth. If the frozen fruit gets stuck, turn off the blender and use a spatula and flip content upside down, so any fruit chunks that haven’t blended get a chance. Or you can add a little more milk to help things mix. Once mixture is well blended and lump-free you can add sugar, if you’d like. If you want to keep it All-Natural feel free to omit the sugar, but if you, like me, hate the taste of nature (just kidding 😂) or just need a little sweetness in your life add about 2-3 tbsp sugar or as much as your heart desires. Remember to taste after blending in the sugar. After it has reached its desired sweetness, it’s time for the real test of willpower!! You thought mixing it was hard, well that was nothing, NOTHING, compared to what is to come! Now, you have to pour it into Popsicle Molds while fighting every instinct that’s telling you to just eat it all right now. It’s a tough situation, but I believe in you and at the same time I wouldn’t be disappointed if you did just drink it as a smoothie. (Hmm, could this could be considered a smoothie recipe too?)
Just follow your heart, it will tell you to do the right thing. As you can see the popsicle mold I had made 6 regular sized popsicles. Depending on your mold you will likely get around 10 popsicles, so having two molds would be best. When your heart inevitably tells you to fill the Popsicle Molds because you know you want some frozen refreshing popsicles, you’ll find it’s not too difficult to fill. Now, just some tips: If you have a funnel that could help with filling, but also I found if you go slow and steady it should make it in cleanly. Once you fill the molds, tap it on the table to level it out and release any air bubbles. You may still notice some pesky air bubbles (rude, I know) I would suggest using a skewer or in my case, I used a chopstick, to mix everything around until the air bubble disappears.
Now that all your molds are filled simply place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results. The longer it is in the freezer, the more easily it will come out of the Popsicle Molds (that’s not to say you should keep it in the freezer for forever, you still want to eat it!). Lastly, when you’re ready to take the popsicle out of the mold, I suggest running the outside of the mold under warm water for a couple seconds then flipping the mold over, handle side down, and carefully wiggling the popsicle free. After just a few short hours you will be reunited with your popsicles and it will have been worth the wait! I hope you enjoy!
Frozen Berry Yogurt Popsicle

- Popsicle Molds
- Oster Blender
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- ½ – 1 cup milk
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 2-3 tablespoons sugar, to taste
Instructions
- Blend together all ingredients (just ½ cup milk and no sugar, yet) in an Oster Blender on high speed until smooth. If difficult to blend, turn off blender, and use a silicon spatula to turn mixture around or add in more milk to help liquify.
- Once mixture is lump-free add in sugar, to taste.
- Pour mixture slowly into Popsicle Molds, leaving small gap at the top for mixture to have room to expand while freezing.
- Tap molds on table to help level and remove bubbles. If there are any large bubbles use a skewer to mix and fill air bubble.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours to overnight before serving. To help remove from mold run under warm water for a few seconds to help loosen the edges.
