Popsicle Molds
Oster Blender
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- ½ - 1 cup milk
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 2-3 tablespoons sugar, to taste
Blend together all ingredients (just ½ cup milk and no sugar, yet) in an Oster Blender on high speed until smooth. If difficult to blend, turn off blender, and use a silicon spatula to turn mixture around or add in more milk to help liquify. Once mixture is lump-free add in sugar, to taste.
Pour mixture slowly into Popsicle Molds, leaving small gap at the top for mixture to have room to expand while freezing. Tap molds on table to help level and remove bubbles. If there are any large bubbles use a skewer to mix and fill air bubble.
Freeze for at least 4 hours to overnight before serving. To help remove from mold run under warm water for a few seconds to help loosen the edges.
Enjoy!
