Equipment

  • Popsicle Molds
  • Oster Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • ½ - 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 2-3 tablespoons sugar, to taste

Instructions

  • Blend together all ingredients (just ½ cup milk and no sugar, yet) in an Oster Blender on high speed until smooth. If difficult to blend, turn off blender, and use a silicon spatula to turn mixture around or add in more milk to help liquify.
  • Once mixture is lump-free add in sugar, to taste.
  • Pour mixture slowly into Popsicle Molds, leaving small gap at the top for mixture to have room to expand while freezing.
  • Tap molds on table to help level and remove bubbles. If there are any large bubbles use a skewer to mix and fill air bubble.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours to overnight before serving. To help remove from mold run under warm water for a few seconds to help loosen the edges.
  • Enjoy!
