- ½ cup fresh mango or frozen
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 1-2 teaspoons sugar (optional)
Peel and cut 1 ripe mango. Set aside ½ cup.
Blend together mango, milk, and yogurt. Taste for sweetness and add sugar if necessary.
Add ice, optionally. Serve immediately!
