Ingredients

small cucumbers
1
cup
yogurt
2
teaspoon
water
½
teaspoon
cumin powder
½
teaspoon
salt
to taste
pinch of Pakistani red chili powder
Instructions
Shred cucumber into a bowl on medium edge of a grater.
To the bowl add in yogurt and water. Mix thoroughly until combined.
Add in spices and salt. Mix to combine.
Use Cucumber Raita on Biryani, pulao, or even plain rice!
