Cucumber Raita

Light and refreshing this Pakistani yogurt condiment is perfect on any rice dish!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 small cucumbers
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 teaspoon water
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt to taste
  • pinch of Pakistani red chili powder

Instructions
 

  • Shred cucumber into a bowl on medium edge of a grater.
  • To the bowl add in yogurt and water. Mix thoroughly until combined.
  • Add in spices and salt. Mix to combine.
  • Use Cucumber Raita on Biryani, pulao, or even plain rice!
  • Enjoy!
