Baked Masala Zucchini Rounds

- 2 zucchinis
- 1 tablespoon cumin powder
- 2 teaspoon Pakistani red chili powder
- ground black pepper sprinkled
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil drizzled
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Slice zucchini into rounds.
Lay them flat on parchment paper or aluminum foil lined sheet pan.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on all the spices and salt.
Mix them all up thoroughly coating each round on both sides.
Lay them flat again so no pieces are overlapping.
Roast in the oven for 25 minutes on middle rack.
